Warranty & Returns

At Tech Sense, we hope you are satisfied with your product and do not experience any issues with the item. However, if you are not satisfied, you may be able to return the items you originally purchased for the reasons below:

Unwanted goods

If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense, with a tracked or signed for service within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. Please note that returns due to a change of mind or unwanted can be accepted back within 14 days of when you received the item.

Goods damaged in transit

If any goods that you received are damaged in transit, please notify us via email immediately, unfortunately, we will not accept any liability for damaged goods reported two-days after the item was delivered. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Item not as described

In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email or give us a call to discuss the issue or details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you. Please note that returns can be accepted back within 14 days of when you received the item.

Faulty products beyond 30 Days

If your item develops a fault after a 30 day period, please contact the manufacturer to have it fixed under Warranty as listed under the Warranty section below.

Warranty

All products from Tech Sense come with a standard one-year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified on the product page. Our second-hand devices are fully tested by our expert team members and they come with a 60-day software warranty.
